Don’t Wake The Dragon!

We all know how much children’s imaginations love to run wild so why not put it to the test with this fun yet challenging teambuilding activity…

What you need…

Absolutely nothing…except people!

How to play Don’t Wake The Dragon…

1. Ask participants to imagine that they are ‘captured’ inside a castle guarded by a fire-breathing dragon (the facilitator in real life) who is currently sleeping.
2. The only way to exit the castle without waking the dragon is in order of height.
3. Without any verbal communication, participants need to arrange themselves in a line with the shortest person at the front and the tallest at the back.
4. Once completed, participants are to shout ‘BOO!’ at the dragon (facilitator) to see if they are correct.

What skills does Don’t Wake The Dragon utilise…

This challenge puts participants problem solving skills to the test by unravelling a imaginary problem.

"I would like to thank Nath & Bret for a fantastic 6th Birthday Party for my Son on 7th March. The kids were really engaged with making the Lego robot and following the instructions on the laptop screen. Fun was had by everyone and all the parents said it was the best idea and the quietest a group of 10 boys had been for an hour and a half! Bret was fantastic in helping everyone to make sure they were at the right stage and all the kids were showing Nath their robot progress. I would definitely recommend for a child’s birthday party and a unique team building event for adults!"
