Helium Hoop

This coming Saturday marks Dynamic Play’s one year anniversary since it’s debut and what a way of celebrating (other than saying a big THANK YOU to those we have entertained over the past year) than sharing with you a slightly different take on our famous Hoop challenge. We present the ‘Helium Hoop’…

What you need…

A facilitator, group of participants and several hula hoops.

How to play Helium Hoop…

1. Facilitator to divide the group up into teams and provide each team with a hula hoop.
2. Instruct each team to pick up and hold the hoop using ONLY their index fingers.
3. The aim is to lay the hoop back down onto the ground before the other teams. If the hoop falls to the floor, the team must start over.

Skills utilised…

This teambuilding activity requires full communication and co-ordination with one another in order to lay the hoop without any mishaps!

PS: You may find this activity being used in our unique active birthday parties very soon!

“”The best party EVER” was the comment I received from the 16 children attending my twins 9th birthday party where Dynamic Play provided the party entertainment. Pippa and Nath were brilliant from start to finish. They were prompt in communicating and went over and above expectations in planning to make it the best party ever. They arrived early to set up and were totally in control of the group. The children had a fantastic time and loved all the challenges, especially beating the clock and getting a key to open one of the padlocks on the chest. I cant recommend them highly enough. Thank you Nath and Pippa for making their birthday a truly brilliant day.”
