Helium Hoop

This coming Saturday marks Dynamic Play’s one year anniversary since it’s debut and what a way of celebrating (other than saying a big THANK YOU to those we have entertained over the past year) than sharing with you a slightly different take on our famous Hoop challenge. We present the ‘Helium Hoop’…

What you need…

A facilitator, group of participants and several hula hoops.

How to play Helium Hoop…

1. Facilitator to divide the group up into teams and provide each team with a hula hoop.
2. Instruct each team to pick up and hold the hoop using ONLY their index fingers.
3. The aim is to lay the hoop back down onto the ground before the other teams. If the hoop falls to the floor, the team must start over.

Skills utilised…

This teambuilding activity requires full communication and co-ordination with one another in order to lay the hoop without any mishaps!

PS: You may find this activity being used in our unique active birthday parties very soon!

"I would like to thank Nath & Bret for a fantastic 6th Birthday Party for my Son on 7th March. The kids were really engaged with making the Lego robot and following the instructions on the laptop screen. Fun was had by everyone and all the parents said it was the best idea and the quietest a group of 10 boys had been for an hour and a half! Bret was fantastic in helping everyone to make sure they were at the right stage and all the kids were showing Nath their robot progress. I would definitely recommend for a child’s birthday party and a unique team building event for adults!"
